Their teamwork includes a shared love of horses which naturally developed into another successful endeavor about ten years ago, and is now Canyon Ranch Performance Horses. Kay acquired her brokers license in 2014 as she planned for the perfect time for the mother/daughter team to progress into their own mortgage company and provide the excellent level of service that they strive for in everything they do.

KAY has been a loan officer in northern San Luis Obispo County since 1989, She has had the opportunity to gain expertise in nearly every area of lending, including underwriting, processing, and loan origination. While the county’s population and industry standard have shifted over the last two decades, her dedication to providing exceptional financing and superior customer support has remained constant. Kay’s extensive industry knowledge ensures a smooth transaction every time. She concentrates on loan origination because she takes pleasure in maintaining direct communication with her clients and servicing their financial needs. As a north county resident for the past 45 years, Kay possesses a deep appreciation for the beauty and diversity of our scenic area. Her husband and Kay have raised two children in Paso Robles, and have watched the small town grow into a thriving city. She has always taken great pride in the fact that She has assisted hundreds of families realized their dreams of home ownership and financial security.

KATY Born and raised on the Central Coast she has long standing ties with people all over our Central Coast Community. She spends her free time breeding, raising and showing Paint & Quarter horses as well as riding, kayaking & gardening. Katy started as an assistant to Kay Otis and quickly “latched” onto the industry and became licensed. Her area of expertise is New Construction financing, government loans and reverse mortgages. Katy really likes working with first-time homebuyers and educating them throughout the process. She prides herself on making each transaction as smooth as possible for the clients and real estate partners.

CHRISTA Abma moved to the Central Coast of California from Canada in 1998. Christa starting in banking in 2002 where she quickly excelled from banking to mortgage banking by 2004 working her way from the Correspondent, to Wholesale and Broker side of the real estate lending business. Always driven to excel, Christa has been able to assist clients from all over California and has knowledge for all her clients whether they are first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. In her free time, Christa loves to spend time with her husband and children whether they are camping, on the sports field or traveling. Living on the Central Coast of California and raising our family is truly a blessing and she looks forward to helping others make their financial and personal dreams come true with purchasing their own homes and investing in their family’s future.

With the knack to look at a file from an underwriting standpoint, she has the ability to stop any unforeseen issues before they arise. She has gained both respect and praise of hundreds of underwriters who thank her for sending in “complete and make-sense” files. Not only does Mary shine from “behind the scenes”, but as the first person clients encounter when they walk through the door, Mary instantly makes them feel at home and comfortable. So, whether it is managing the office, completing compliance reporting, processing loans, or greeting clients, Mary is definitely the back bone of Infinity Mortgage.
